Arrival Day - We will welcome you at our hotel, the Inn at Opryland. We invite you to catch up with your family in the atrium or in designated areas of the hotel for guest interaction. Catch a bite to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. Take a free shuttle to nearby Opry Mills Mall and the Opryland Resort.

8:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. - This gathering is included in the cost of the reunion. Enjoy a Friday night gathering at Dave and Buster’s at Opry Mills Mall in our private party room! Hors d’oeuvres will be served. Family members will also receive goodie bags and t-shirts.

Morning - Breakfast on your own. Cracker Barrel is an option and is within walking distance from the hotel. It is located at 2406 Music Valley Drive, Nashville, TN.

After Breakfast - Activities on your own or as a group. There is lots to do as you explore all that Nashville has to offer. The hotel has a shuttle to take you downtown and to the Opryland Hotel/Resort. Our reunion committee has researched activities and offered our top suggestions. 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - Dinner is included in the reunion price. We will have our traditional family dinner at Swett’s Restaurant, located at 2725 Clifton Ave, Nashville, TN 37209, approximately 14 miles from the hotel. The restaurant is in a historic district across the street from HBCU, Tennessee State University.

8:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. - Family private gathering at hotel; enjoy karaoke, games, and more! We invite you to gather with us to spend time together and enjoy each other’s company.

Day 3 is departing day after check-out. You may have breakfast on your own or gather with family in the atrium prior to your departure.
