What is the room rate for our block?

Each standard room in our block is $169/night plus tax. We have 35 rooms blocked. A hotel room registration link is coming soon!

Do I have to pay for my hotel in advance?

Although, every guest will need to secure their room reservation with a credit card, your card will not be charged until you check out of the hotel. A special link to make a reservation using our block will be available by the second week of October 2023.

How long do I have to make my reservation?

Reservations by attendees must be received before 5:00 pm on Friday, June 14, 2024. However, the longer attendees wait to reserve a room, the chances of the rooms filling up increases. After we reach our 35 room block, rooms will be available based on hotel availability. Summer in Nashville is very popular. It is not uncommon for hotels to sell out early. You can cancel your reservation if ever needed, 72 hours before arrival without being charged.

Will I need transportation?

Because the Inn at Opryland is owned by the Opryland Resort, we will receive free shuttle service to the Opryland Resort and Opry Mills Mall. For an extra $20/day you can pay for the shuttle to take you from our hotel at the Inn at Opryland to downtown Nashville, where you can enjoy what is to offer downtown, such as the trolley tours, The National Museum of African American Music, Fifth and Broadway shopping, The Country Music Hall of Fame and more! Because of the shuttle service, you should not need a car to enjoy Nashville attractions. However, the restaurant where our dinner will be held is 14 miles from the hotel (driving distance).

What special concessions will I have as a guest at The Inn at Opryland Hotel?

The Inn at Opryland will provide guests with the following:

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi in Guest Sleeping Rooms

  • Group rate available 3 days pre-and-post event dates, based on Hotel availability

  • Complimentary Self Parking

  • Free shuttle to Opryland Resort and Opry Mills Mall

  • Access to all amenities at Opryland Resort, including the Soundwaves Indoor Water Park. The waterpark is an additional charge. We can take advantage of a group rate for a party of 15 or more.

Are there restaurants in walking distance from the hotel?

Opry Backstage Grill is located inside our hotel, The Inn at Opryland. It is open daily for lunch and dinner. Additional restaurants are within walking distance, including Cracker Barrel, McDonald’s, and other local favorites. The Opryland Resort and Opry Mills Mall also have endless selections of restaurants.

Where is our hotel in proximity to amenities and the airport?

Our hotel, The Inn at Opryland, is located approximately 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown by car or shuttle.

How much will the family reunion cost?

The reunion cost is $125 for adults and $35 for children ages 3-12. Payment installments are encouraged in October 2023 ($25), February 2024 ($50) and April 2024 ($50).

Why are we collecting $25 a person in advance?

We are collecting a non-refundable $25 per person deposit in advance by October 31, 2023 to go towards your reunion cost. This helps us manage attendance, which impacts pricing for our dinner (party size and menu). We will use these funds to go towards reunion costs that must be paid in advance, including our restaurant deposit, shirt orders, or family keepsakes to be distributed.
