Hello family! The tentative schedule of events is now posted on the “Calendar of Events” page. You can also check out a list of things to do on Saturday before our family dinner on the “Nashville Attractions” page. The reunion committee has researched and suggested these attractions for the family.
2/13/24 UPDATE
Hello family! In terms of transportation you will need your own transportation from the airport to get to the hotel. You can take a cab or Uber. Transportation to the family dinner will be provided if needed. Also, check-in time at the hotel is 4 p.m. The hotel may honor early arrival requests depending on hotel occupancy. Early check-in is not guaranteed.

Reunion Fees are as follows:
Youth Ages 12 and under - Free
Children ages 3-12 - $35.00 per child
Age 13 and above $125.00 per person
The fee includes Saturday family dinner, a reunion shirt, the Friday activity, and a reunion bag with goodies. We will also give away gift cards and prizes! Please see below for the remaining payment schedule. If you have made your deposit, your balance is the amount above, less the deposit per person. We are looking forward to seeing you!

Hello family! We are so excited that so many are planning to come to the reunion next year! The link to book your hotel is now available. You can reserve your room with a credit card, but you will not be charged until check-out during the reunion. A few very important notes when booking your room:
Be sure to choose the correct dates of your desired stay. For family members who would like an extended vacation, you can make reservations at the $169/night group rate beginning, Tuesday, July 9, 2024 through Wednesday, July 17, 2024.
When reserving your room, choose no more than two adults per room. It will otherwise render an error.
To choose your type of room (1 King bed or 2 double beds), enter this information under additional requests when completing your booking.

You can also book your room by calling the Reservations Center at 1-800-901-4211 and mention Robinson Family Reunion (Group Code RFR) to reserve a room at your group rate.

Hello Family!
We can’t wait to see you at our annual Robinson Family Reunion, which will be held July 12 - 14, 2024 in Nashville, TN.
Our hotel has been secured! Please view the Accommodations link above for more information about our hotel block. Over the next couple of weeks you will be able to secure your hotel room using a reservation link.
We are now asking for a $25 deposit per person by October 31, 2023 to go towards anticipated costs that will be due before reunion start. Your deposit will be deducted from your reunion fees. To make your payment, you can pay by check, money order, cashier’s check, or via the secure link in the menu.
